I contacted Lucky MOdel and requested a replacement Kinetic nose cone. It doesn't fit the Hasegawa 1/48 Viper withtout some sanding and fitting, but that is the best suggestion I have. 

 

As for difference, firstly there is no pitot tube on the F-16E/F nose cone. 

Secondly the nosecone have a "hinge line" that goes diagonally from front to top rear of the radome. Best way to illustrate this is through photos;
