They are engineered very well. A lot of the assemblies require little, or no sanding. Glad I bought the Eduard photo- etch sets for this kit. I purchased both the interior, and exterior sets. I have not worked a lot with photo-etch. My biggest worry about the photo- etch was the engine intake screens. I used the clear part that came with the kit as a mold to form each piece prior to gluing all of them together. I added a white tail rotor drive shaft inside the 43 degree gear box housing. Due to my lack of space, I've decided to fold the main rotors. I purchased the rotor folding arms from www.scalewarship.com. I had to file down the rotor blade attachment points for each blade so the it would fit in the new rotor arm. Can't wait to get into the main construction. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
