foxmulder_ms
Any model company out there has or designing a Falcon 9 ( or heavy) model?
habu2
I think SpaceX is only licensing the rights to one company to build desktop display models (no kits)
Aussie-Pete
https://www.buzzspacemodels.com/ Oli Braun. The reason I started in 3D modeling
MoFo
https://www.thingiverse.com/search?q=falcon+9&dwh=675ba508198005d (one of the few examples where an FDM print would be perfectly acceptable for a scale modeller)
mhvink
If you don't mind working in paper, you can find a good Falcon 9, both regular and heavy, in 1/100 scale at http://axmpaperspacescalemodels.com/index.php/falcon-9/ Mike
foxmulder_ms
😞 This is disappointing. I wished that company doing the finished models offered a regular kit version.
Hotdog
SpaceX offers one, but I would recommend the Oli Braun model over this one. https://shop.spacex.com/accessories/f9-desktop-model.html Edited October 2, 2018 by Hotdog

They looked quite good! Here's a photo of them in the meeting pix; there are some more in there if you scan through the others.

Those Falcon's can also be used a patterns to create the model in plastic, if you don't want to work in paper. Mike
Aussie-Pete
Buzzspacemodels produce finished or kits. these are resin models.
Aussie-Pete
If interested I am currently working on the Falcon 1 at 1/72. (in resin) It'll be approx 130mm tall x 24mm dia. Falcon 9 is a bit beyond me for the moment
spaceman
Probably you mean 1.300 mm, right?

Hobbes
If you're up for a little scratchbuilding: I've designed some parts (e.g. engine section, Dragon capsule, landing legs) for 3D printing, these are available via Shapeways. I started out in 1/144, in this scale the rocket body is a 1" tube (readily available in e.g. PVC in any DIY store). Then you need some styrene stock for the conduits. Some other scales are available as well. More information on my website: http://www.acme-engineering.nl/
