viper730
looks good...I may add one to the pile just for comparison...what would be a shame is if we get the 2 D's and 2 A's but never get the B ....
Neo
Interesting they took the same canopy route as the AMK one

Looks like GWH has a one piece clear part with framing that fits over it. AMK has a two part canopy with the pieces fitting between the frames. It'll be interesting to see if GWH can get the frame thin enough so it doesn't stick up above the clear part. On the real thing the frame appears to be flush with the clear sections. On the real thing the frame appears to be flush with the clear sections. This is why, even if it's a more old-school method, I prefer canopies and framing all molded together, at least on the outside. Otherwise, you risk having the frame stick-up or having to make the clear part thick enough to accomodate the framing, which leads to more visual distortion than is necessary. But hey, cool gimmicks sell.

Especially if those shape bugs getting through would give away the fact that this is in fact the AMK kit, indeed? Take a good look at those wings; slats, flaps, bats, maps, farts and darts. What do you say?

stalal
Well! The CAD drawings are strikingly similar to AMK kit's parts. Wondering if AMK sold its research and moulds to GWH.

flybywire
I like the concept of GWH, at least you don't have to worry about masking the clear parts glass for the frame painting.
phantomdriver
that is how AMK originally planned theirs
