Don
They mostly seemed to carry the standard SEA camouflage of green FS34079, tan FS30219, and green FS34102 uppers with gray FS36622 underside...linky here: https://www.cybermodeler.com/aircraft/a-37/a-37_profile01.shtml A pretty helpful link to info: https://www.defensemedianetwork.com/stories/the-a-37-dragonfly-in-vietnam/ Random photos (a Google search will yield buckets more): South Vietnamese A-37 but they carried the same camouflage:

Don
I know Model Master makes it in both enamel #1733 (I think that's the number) and acrylic #4766 both called "Camouflage Gray". Gunze #311 works too. I also think AK and Mig paints carry it? There are probably others. Baring that, could you look up a mix ratio using the paints that you do have? FS36622 is essentially a weathered/dirty off white color. Perhaps start with flat white slowly tint it? Sorry, I haven't been much help... Regards, Don
