1/48 A-5 and/or RA-5 Vigilante (affordable)

Thanks, Mike,  I'll dig a little deeper for them.  The places I buy from online (several) have never had any, so I figured there just aren't any out there.  I'd really like to have one, or two ...

You're right that you'll need to dig around, although they pop up from time to time on more mainstream places:  there's the D4Y3 version on Amazon right now for $35.89 with free shipping, and a variety of them are for sale now on Ebay.

Good luck!

The fine Molds judys are nice kits. I picked up a couple from hlj but have not started one yet.

If if they are anything like the fine Molds ki-15 I’m finishing right now, then you are looking at a very good kit.

Excellent!  I'll get on over to ebay and see what I can dig up.  Thanks 😊

Been thinking about this quite a bit...

A new tool Mirage IV.  I think that would be it.

Are you into 1/72? Have you seen this one?

No, I have not seen this or even recognize this company.

Edit:  I just found a review of this kit on Scalemates.com.  In essence, if the Google translate worked correctly, this is a refresh of the old Heller kit with some new parts introduced (mostly small items it appears) by this Ukrainian company.  So, not completely new mold, but updated.  Hope this helps.

I do both 72 and 48 scale.  Thanks for the information.

Seeing as someone (don't remember who) is scheduled to release a 1.48 B-26K, I'll replace it with a 1/48 AP-2H

In the early '80s, I was going out of Cape May NJ to the Discoverer Seven Seas, when it was drilling off the Atlantic in over 1 mile water depth.
