1/48 Hasegawa F/A-18C VMFA-323 Death Rattlers

Recommended Posts

First done build for 2019. 1/48 Hasegawa with mixed Gunze and Tamiya acrylic paints. Weapons were Eduard Brassin and decals from Twobobs. Hope you like it.

That is really well done, just fantastic! Not excessively weathered, just enough. Great photography of your build too!

Really well done!  How did you do the exhaust nozzle covers?

Looking at the national insignia that jet is really dehydrated! All joking aside...really nice job!

I cut around some adhesive backed vinyl and wrapped it around the nozzle. Then I cut a circle from the vinyl and placed it on top of the nozzle exhaust.

Love the weathering. Not overdone. The exhaust covers are a really nice touch.

Nicely done.  You did a much better job than I did on the one I recently finished.
