New 1/35 N I K E - Hercules kit!

Recommended Posts

Hi ARC,

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum area to post this, but I'm pretty pumped about this new injected kit of the N I K E - Hercules:

I can finally trash my old, crappy and poor fitting Revell box scale kit!  I've never heard of this company before but according to Facebook page, this kit will be out in March!  Can't wait!!

I think AFV Club has made noises like they would produce a MIM-14 -Herc, too.  The key is producing an accurate launcher, since the Revell launcher is semi fictional.

If either or both companies do the above, I'll pay a high price for the kit.  Meantime, I'll relegate my Revell kit parts to science fiction builds.

The Modelling News had a piece about this kit last year. The CAD renderings are quite nice.

Hi gents.  Well I purchased one of these kits from a seller in Hong Kong on eBay today.  I don’t see them for sale yet at Hannants or Sprue Bros but I really want this kit so I took a chance.

I’ll post some photos of the kit when/if it arrives.  I hope it didn’t buy a pre-order!

My kit arrived from Hong Kong yesterday and it looks superb in the box.  Would anyone care to see some sprue shots and/or pictures of the instructions?

One funny thing is that it is molded in dark green plastic, similar to the ancient Revell kit 🙂

I'd like to see an  instruction shot.
