Pete Coleman
Has anyone here built either of the two kits mentioned above? Or can you point me in the direction of any reviews? I have built a couple of Amodel kits, so know roughly what to expect!!! 😜 Edited January 26, 2019 by Pete Coleman

Emvar
The Amodel CL-600 is based on the BPK 601-605 series has the old style engines and no resin. I've seen the 601 built and it is very decent looking. Can't speak for the Yak.
Pete Coleman
Thanks Emvar. I'm awaiting delivery of the CL-600. Apparently it has an unusual way of doing the cabin windows, it has a clear drop in strip of polystyrene that fits into a trough on the OUTSIDE of the the fuselage, I believe the Yak 42D is done the same way but much bigger and includes masks! Cheers, Pete. P.S. Here's a pic of my Amodel Falcon-10, (top photo). The main wing is not yet fixed into position! And the bottom photo is of my Amodel Falcon-. 50, with the "dreaded" Mach2 Jetstar behind!..
waltmert
Very nice looking models Pete. The Jetstar looks really good considering it is a Mach 2 kit. Have you built the Mach 2 Falcon 20? Â walter
Trojan Thunder
A 'nice work' from me as well Pete.  I have the BPK boxing of the Challenger, RJ200 and their B737-200 but have yet to attempt them.  Here is a build thread of the BPK Air Ambulance boxing of the kit.  I have a few Amodel bizjets including the Falcon 50s. How did you find the build? I have a Learjet 65XL started but got in a bit of strife attaching the cockpit glazing. I should get back and finish it.
Pete Coleman
No Waltmert, I havn't built the Falcon 20 but I have heard it's a bit of a dog! Thanks for your kind comments re my builds! Cheers, Pete.
Pete Coleman
Thanks Trojan Thunder. The Amodel 1:72nd kits are OK but are definately not "shake-and-bake", (no locating pins etc), kits. A little thinking outside of the box will be required...
