Differences in 1/48 Monongram F-104C and G?

I assume you are talking about the white/blue/light blue scheme.
You could build it as F-104A N818NA which is now hanging in the Smithsonian.

There is also an F-104C (56-0934) in the markings of N820NA (56-0790) hanging at the Museum of Flight in Seattle. 820 started as an F-104A but was converted to an F-104G before it was painted in those markings, so technically it is wrong, but it does exist.
