KursadA
While it looks like I sold a metric ton of Demo F-16C sheets, interestingly the P-3 Orion sheet is the best seller of this batch. It looks like I sold about half of the print run in the preorders. Thanks for the overwhelming interest and your patience while I worked on the P-3 infrastructure for this and future sheets. I have started shipping these on August 8 as planned, and I am looking forward to hearing what you think about it. Order yours while I still have these, and stay tuned for the next P-3 sheet coming sometime around the end of the year. Edited August 10 by KursadA
A-10 LOADER
Great news ! Care to share what's going to be on the next P-3 sheet ? Steve
arg
Also, will there be 1/144 counterpart sheets to these for the Otaki/LS kit?

sideshow
Kursad has singlehandedly doubled the price of the Hasegawa kit on Ebay! Very much looking forward to getting my sheets as well as a few sets on the later release....grats on your hard work and success!
Bo105flyer
I was able to pick up 3 Hasegawa 1/72 P-3 kits pretty cheap last year anticipating this decal sheet release. Steve Sliger Greenwell Springs, LA
AD-4N
Got my decals here in SLC. Looks gorgeous! Now, where’s that P-3 I dragged from Ft. Lewis, to Schweinfurt, to Kitzigen, to Ft. Huachuca, to Tokyo, to Yorktown and now Utah?

KursadA
Many of you in the US must have received your decals by now - please let me (and everyone) know what you think. Thanks!

sideshow
Go them today, look amazing! Makes you want to get building....
sideshow
It's very apparent how much work this was, even the instruction booklet is a work of art! Just beautifully done. Edited August 18 by sideshow
Curt
You know what would be interesting for part 2, Argentine Orions. Plus you could slip in markings for an Argentine Navy L-188 Electra. https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/8000772
sideshow
I'm sure these will become collector sets.
f5guy
They look great! I'm still waiting on mine to arrive. Hopefully this week. Kursad..... I know that you're considering this, but a release of just the stencils and wing walks would be great as well. Thanks, Fred K.

And this is why we should all be patient when Kursad announces new releases. Clearly, each of these decals takes time to design, both the decals and the instructions. Skyraider0609
These sheets have been a long time coming, but are well worth the wait. Thank you Kursad for such a great job completing them. You’ve got a bunch of happy campers here!!!

Thanks! Alright, well from a P-3 crewman perspective...I gotta say, THEY'RE FANTASTIC! Particularly the stencil and data portion (could certainly be sold as a separate sheet). I love how you designed the wing walks, with the large sections of what's typically clear film removed, and also the inclusion of the different pitot/static ports and RESCUE arrows. Great work. The squadron markings are sharp! The later version of the VQ-1 bat looks spot on, finally available on a sheet...I may jump into building one of those soon, in it's final antenna configuration. Looking forward to Part 2.
f5guy
I got my two sheets today, and would echo everyone's comments..... they're awesome! The stenciling alone is worth the price of admission. To that end, Kursad, I would definitely encourage you to do a run of stencil sheets, both high and low vis. They might even sell better than the Orion sheet by itself 😆. I'd be down for about 6 myself! Thanks, Fred K.
A-10 LOADER
Mine arrived today and, I couldn't agree more Whitey. Now I just need to get our hallway bathroom remodel finished and, I can get back to the bench and my EP-3. Steve
