Els
Hello all, Here is Roden's 1:144 C-141B kit with Caracal decals. It was a pretty nice kit, not much putty required. While looking at references on line to paint this thing I found that 141's are like fingerprints, no two are alike. I kind of went with an average of what I saw most. 141 05 by Hal Elsberry, on Flickr 141 04 by Hal Elsberry, on Flickr 141 03 by Hal Elsberry, on Flickr 141 02 by Hal Elsberry, on Flickr 141 01 by Hal Elsberry, on Flickr I left the pitot tubes off because they look like they are more like 1:48 scale. It needs a couple more coats of gloss on the windows but other than that it is as done as it is going to get. Els
The Madhatter
Els - your work never disappoints and this is no exception. Awesome build mate - in my favourite scheme no less 😄
Gator52
Wow that’s nice! Any issues closing the gear doors? Jonah
Els
Thank you, The gear doors needed some putty and a little rescribing, not to bad. Els
quark51
Very nice, I built two of the C-141B myself, one using kit decals and one using Caracal decals.
