Looks good!  And the photos don't look washed out to me.

Thanks Ken!

Just some random pictures from yesterday. Weathering, washes, etc. are progressing.

Mate, that's looking absolutely awesome! The weathering is great and not over done.

Im still seriously considering buying this kit because of your build. I'm not a trek fan but I do like the design of this ship.

Looking forward to seeing the finished ship

Thanks all, it's appreciated! I've not touched it for about a week, as life/work has been busy. Maybe some time this weekend to get some work done and flip it over for weathering the bottom.

I agree with everyone else - it looks great!  And also agree on the weathering - just the right amount.

What can be said that hasn't been already? Brilliant work there Brett!

Thanks Ken, thanks Mark. I've finished up the weathering.....just need to work on some light diffusion and then start adding the tiny greeblies that I've avoided installing till now.

Blurry shot from the phone the other night, a bit too dark......or the heavy beers, one of the two :)

Well, she's done. I'll take finished pictures later in the week. Fun build, well engineered and well thought out by the Polar Lights crew. I'd recommend it for those that like Star Trek kits.

bloody awesome mate! You've pretty much made me want to buy this kit. Where's the daylight shots?? Post them bro - they're absolutely worth every hour it's taken you to build this

Can't wait to see your next build - what ever that may be

All daylight 🙂 Next model......the wife thinks I should do the little 1/1000 USS Defiant (from Star Trek DS9) that I picked up. But.....I've been eyeing my Bandai K-2S0 or AT-ST. Or something else....I think I have 20 unbuilt kits right now lol

She's a beautiful ship. I'd really hate for the Enterprise to destroy her...

Thanks! No destruction from the Enterprise.....she's still in her box, waiting to go into space dock for assembly!
