Andrew D. the Jolly Rogers guy
What are the external differences between an F model Sparrow and an M? Would it be the conduit running along the body?

Would it be the conduit running along the body? The AIM-7M has 4 TDD Antennas, the AIM-7F only had two. Also, the arming keys on the rocket motor were different (due to different rocket motors) but for modeling purposes I wouldn't worry about that.
Andrew D. the Jolly Rogers guy
Ok, could you explain TDD Antenna? What am I looking for? Especially since it's 1/72....

Andrew D. the Jolly Rogers guy
Is that the long conduits running along the fuselage, or the small dark strips on the forward 1/4 just aft of the nose cone?
habu2
The latter
Andrew D. the Jolly Rogers guy
Ok; and they both have the same conduit running down the length?
gb_madcat_sl
Regarding the TDDs, the 4 that are on the M are in line with the fins of the missile while the 2 on the F are offset from the fins. Mark
