Some countries use very different colors of flight suits or other accessories, and even vary by region of deployment and/or aircraft type, so it'll narrow things down if you have a particular aircraft and/or country in mind. If you have any online photos you can use a "color selector" website to find the RGB values, then use a site like Encycolorpedia to find the closest match in hobby paint lines. https://html-color-codes.info/colors-from-image/ Typical flight gear you may need to confirm could include: - Flight suit - G-suit ("chaps" on fast jets) - Life vest and/or jacket - Gloves - Boots - Helmet - Shoulder/Lap belts - Leg restraints

picknpluck
Try Tamiya XF-73 for the flight suit. Darken it it up a tad for the g-suit and survival vest. It'll seem light at first, but with a dark wash, the color should settle in. Oxygen mask can be either XF-62 Olive Drab or maybe XF-19 Sky Grey depending on the type of helmet. It may not be an exact match but it'll be close, I think.
