As Jmel says, it depends on timeframe;

Early on they carried AGM-88's and that was basically it.

Later on they carry just about anything; GBU-38 on BRU-57 VER, GBU-12 on TER, GBU-31, GBU-10, LAU-68 on TER, AGM-88 Harm etc. Or a mix of these.

So basically you have to decide, and in the end it is your model so you can basically do as you want depending on your accuracy preference 😎

To be honest, the Ds are often seen integrated at exercises (Red Flag, NATO exercises) or training flights. They are used to give a normal non-participant an incentive or orientation flight. The jet is missionized, so they just lose a bit of fuel.

My point, aside from very rare occasions, you could realistically load it with inert training loads (blue banded weapons) and not catch any flak from the purists. The single seat Cs are more common on the real-world missions.

Didn't F-16D get a kill sometime around OSW/ONW? I don't know if they were used in SEAD role, but frankly, they might have been. Still, I donn't think it was even an DJ,, block 40 perhaps. Still, a first aim-120 kill I recall.
