Dutch
I want to build a straight wing B-52G using the AMT early G kit #8633. I have the opportunity to purchase the Buffmaster BMDR72013 set that includes a good portion of the upper fuselage. [See photo below.] It will require some amount of surgery and I wonder if the resulting structure will be any stronger than the method of cutting chordwise slits in the wing top to establish the proper droop. So, is the BMDR set a better solution? 151641-11091-360.webp Edited November 26, 2019 by Dutch rephrase title
Hooker169
I’m interested in some feedback also, Dutch. I’ve got an AMT “G” In the stash waiting to be built for a co-worker. It’s a Loring jet so it needs the non-ALCM wings. That’s a pretty big chunk of resin, would shrinkage be an issue? Edited November 26, 2019 by Hooker169
