John Tapsell
I'm trying to track down some modeler-friendly images of an real A-7E cockpit (preferably sans seat) but I'm struggling to find much online (some nice stuff on the D and P but not the E). Any suggestions or sources? TIA John
BillS
I searched “A-7E NATOPS” and got all kinds of stuff. Although the manuals are b&w, they give you accurate depictions of panel/console configurations. I’d anticipate there weren’t worlds of technical differences between Ds and Es. I’ve seen both in real life and I can’t remember anything about either that jumped out.
Cliff C
My favorite book on the A-7 for modeling https://www.modelhobbies.co.uk/double-ugly---vought-a-7-corsair-ii-the-ltv-a-7eh--ta-7ch-in-hellenic-air-force-service-231999-p.asp
GW8345
Highly recommend Jake Melampy's Modern SLUF Guide, the A-7 Corsair II Exposed https://www.reidairpublishing.com/product-p/rap015.htm
