Colin K
Hello all, Throwing up the hail mary once again! I am on the lookout for four Hobbycraft 1/48 CT-114 Tutor models. I'm in need of them for a couple of commission builds. I'll entertain trades or outright purchases, for a reasonable price. Thanks!
martin_sam_2000
wow. 1/48 unobtainium!! good luck! I have had my eyes out for a few years now for one of these and never even seen one for sale. I wonder how much it would cost to get a new one made? I am sure there are enough of us around to make it worth while!! Sean
fasteagle12
I see there's one one Ebay for $110 plus $20 for shipping. I guess I didn't know they were so rare.
Colin K
They are hard to find, but do not warrant a $130 price tag. One look in the box should tell people that.
fasteagle12
Yeah, I would never pay that much for that kit. Just because it's posted at that price doesn't mean someone would actually buy it for that.

Biggest thing is, I think people are trying to sell it as a collectible, not a model that someone wants to build. I get that they are hard to find, and I'm sure that he may find someone who will pay that much, but there are other deals out there. Just gotta dig. Having said that, I'm holding out hope. I currently have three in my stash, but I kind of want to hang on to them, as I have builds of my own planned.
Emvar
I've waited years for acceptable priced oop models. Have done that with the LE CC-144 challenger in 1/72nd scale kits. The nost I have paid is 80 CAD.
