I have tried the ARC forum and email, but I don't use Facebook. He did reply by email in December but I haven't heard from him since. Could anyone suggest a good way to get a hold of him? Don't know what to tell you. I used to deal with him a lot when he had his webstore. He was a trustworthy merchant. All I can say, unless someone else has more info, is to keep trying, else contact your credit card or PayPal or whatever you used to pay to see about getting your money back.
