Desert Storm bombs - which ones are these?

I’ve dragged my Hasegawa Hornet off the shelf of doom to try to move it along. I’d like to arm it like this VMFA-235 jet. Are these 500 lb or 1000 lb bombs. If they’re 500s, I can use the ones from the Academy F-4, which have more conical tail ends. If 1000, does anyone make a decent set? All of the slick 1000 lbs in the Hasegawa weapons set have rounded, somewhat fat-looking tail ends. Or are my eyes deceiving me and these have the rounded tail after all?

They look like 1000 pound Mk.83’s.  Not sure of the fin type or fuse type.  Maybe ask Dave from leatherneck decals. I believe he was at the air base this unit was at during desert storm and could tell you specifics.

Mk-83 1000lb and as of now, the Hasegawa bombs are your only option.

Dirty non-TP 1000 pounders. I’ve dropped a few of those. Accurately, that’s subject of debate ...and a few drinks.

I cant believe that their bombs set is still the only place to get such a piece.

I think there are 1 or 2 resin bombs out there, pretty sure Verlinden did a set.  Not sure of their accuracy though.
