dai phan
Hello This is my current build and the kit goes together so well that I am thinking of doing the TF 104 version. I use Master brass pitot tube (a must) and the DACO set. Dai
dai phan
Hello all Lots of stencilsto apply but these are big so cannot be ignored. I apply 15 a day so I do not get burned out … Dai
Rocketdrvr
Liking the looks of your 104! Seems to be going together quite well!

There are so many stencils to apply and since they are quite noticeable I can't be lazy and skip them. Cartograf needs to make thinner decals because those carrier film on dark surface look like a SORE THUMB even though my surface is very smooth and glossy. Hopefully when the satin goes on, they won't look as bad. Dai

dai phan
If you look at parked F 104 both the ailerons pointed downwards rather than reverse of each other. That is why I position them as they are. Dai

dai phan
Hello all, Finally done ! I left off some details on the fuselage because they are way oversized in plastic. Next time I will not apply all the small stencils as they would be over scaled. The DACO set is nice but so expensive. It is hard to imagine this is 25 year old kit and still better than today's standard. Dai
