So if 15 people want the same item, the buyers from outside the US and paying by money order will have lower priority than buyers with a US address who pay by Paypal regardless of when the PM was sent. On the other hand, a buyer who PMd me 2 hours after I posted the list, has a US shipping address, is paying by Paypal, and is the only person interested in an item, chances are the item is thiers.
