martang
Hello enthusiasts, I'm currently working on spicing up the big hunk of plastic that is AMT's B-52H. At present that includes opening up the bay making some HSAB's and opening some of the engines. However in my hunt for references I've drawn a blank on what is happening at the rear of the engine. Does anyone know if there is a bulk head spanning the area between the wall that separates the two engines? Or is it open as depicted here? Thanks
Quixote74
It's not entirely clear from your text and image which plane you're asking about having a bulkhead, but a google image search for "B-52H TF-33" should turn up quite a few results showing the BUFF's engines from various angles and in various states of disassembly. One article on a B-52H that lost her No. 3 engine in flight includes a shot of the remaining nacelle and should cover what you need: B-52H Engine Loss
Gator52
I didn’t see any photos in the DACO book clearly covering this specific area, but look forward to seeing photos of your progress sometime! Jonah
