Question.  Will this detail set also work for the Nova (Archers) 1/72 vacuform C-141A/B kits?

Thank You for Your question.
This is unknown. Perhaps it can be partially used. But most likely You will have to independently modify the installation site of photoetched parts (remove excess or vice versa).
In the public access, the Metallic Details website has instructions for using this set. On it You can independently evaluate its application possibilities.
Metallic Details recommends using their products for their intended purpose.
