flybywire
Is there any accurate 1/48 QF-4B kit produced & available in the market?
Geoff M
I don't know how completely it renders a QF-4 or if it is still available, but here you go. QF-4N Geoff M
Dave Williams
I think most, if not all, of the so-called “QF” kits are just normal F-4 kits with different decals. I don’t think any of the kits have all of the correct QF changes.

QF-4N Geoff M Yeah, its a good start, but no company kit makes all the right bumps and bulges. However its not hard if you have good references. Done a couple drones now, plan on some more soon. JackMan
I've always found this build by Dave Aungst to be inspirational. Of note....in the middle of the article...is the small black box with the disclaimer that he wrote about some changes that are needed to make a QF-4B : http://hsfeatures.com/qf4bda_2.htm And also, this tip from his article: Quote I scratch-built and added the nose antennas that are, themselves, the distinguishing features to the QF-4B target drone Phantom II (other than the orange paint) His earlier article of the same build: http://www.hyperscale.com/features/2000/phantomtargetdroneda_1.htm
