Looking for the windshield/canopy from the Hasegawa or Minicraft kit.  I've had the kit for years from a trade but it was missing the clear sprue.  If anyone has a trashed kit and can spare it, please give me a PM.

Thanks,

Gary

Gary,

Do you think that you could modify a clear vacuuform F-106 (early style) canopy to fit the F-102?  I am thinking of the Falcon set in 1:72.

1/72 scale Set No.43: USAF (part 1)

Boeing B-47E Stratojet (for Hasegawa kit)

Boeing B-52 Stratofortress (for Monogram kit)

Convair F-106A Delta Dart (standard and blown) (for Hasegawa kit)

Fairchild C-123 Provider (for Mach 2 kit)

Lockheed F-80C Shooting Star (for Airfix kit)

Lockheed F-94C Starfire (for Emhar kit)

Martin B-57B Canberra (for Italeri kit)

North American F-86A Sabre (for Hobbycraft kit)

North American F-86F Sabre (for Fujimi kit)

North American F-100D Super Sabre (for Esci/Italeri kit)

Northrop F-89D/J Scorpion (for Revell kit)

Republic F-84E Thunderjet (for Academy kit)

The whole set is available from Hannants.co.uk for under $14 plus shipping.

Dutch

Dutch,

I've seen Falcon set, but didn't think about the mod you're suggesting.  I have both the -102 and -106 kits and actually do have the canopies for both so I can compare them.   The one I'm requesting for is another kit in the stash that is complete except for that.  I figured it doesn't hurt to ask here.  You never know when someone might have a trashed kit that they won't use.   I'll do the comparison though and see how close they are.

Thanks!

Gary
