F-104G centerline pylon source

Recommended Posts

If I want to go nukular and add a bucket of instant sunshine to my 1/48 Kinetic F-104G,  what is the best source for the centerline Pylon?

That Belcher bits set looks just the part for your model, Spruemeister, and it's probably a lot cheaper than the Daco set ( Although that is very comprehensive ).  😀

I used the Belcher bits nuke for my what if 1:48 Norwegian CF-104 model posted on ARC, and the resin does need a bit of filling and sanding to get the finish I wanted.  The DACO set is quite comprehensive, but also includes wings and tailplanes without those numerous divots - not filling them is a real sanity saver.  And you get underwing fuel tanks and pylons too.

For the same price the Belcher kit includes all this This set includes a Mk 28 (EX or RE) and B43 nuclear bomb, centreline pylon, wing pylons, Twin Stores Carriers, 5 x BL-755 cluster bombs and a VICON camera pod. Italso includes forward and rear AWR antennas as seen on later CF-104s.
