agelos2005
Hi guys What is the best f-15c in q/48? GWH?
airmechaja
In my opinion, GWH has them all beat. High parts count but relatively easy build.
Jeffrey
The best 1:48 f-15c shapewise is Hasegawa, if you don't mind the wrong panel lines. The canopy of the GWH f-15c is too large, there is a resin canopy to correct it: Edited September 9, 2020 by Jeffrey
fulcrum1
I think they’re all pretty good. Shape wise I think the Monogram kit looks right to me. I have the GWH and Hase Eagles and they’re really good kits. Academy is also an option although some have issues with the shape.
Dafixer
Any opinions on the Tamiya kit?

It’s an old kit from 1988 and is less detailed than the Hasegawa kit, and much less detailed than the GWH kits. IP and side consoles are represented by decals.
Blain
Great wall! I have at least three Hasegawa ones on the shelf of doom and in the trash bin of doom. The engine nozzles are not that great. I managed to test fit ones from the Revell F-15E kit that will work.
ORANGF15Guy
GWH...no doubt, but I have a lot of Hasegawa in the stash as well. Won’t do Tamiya or Academy! Just my two cents worth!

I enjoy building them and have many options I'd like to do. cheers, Mike
