Vidar_710
Mine showed up today! Nice having it in the same scale as the Saturn V at 1/96. Would like to see them re-release the 1/70 scale. I have one still in the box dated from 1968. 🙂  Tracy

aircal62
Boyce Aerospace also has a very nicely detail and much easier to build line up of Saturn 1's in 1/100 scale. Â I have the Saturn Block 1 and the 1B which Boyce produces and they are quite nice. Â Â
habu2
Got my shipping notice today for the Estes kits !!! Â Those Boyce kits look nice too.

habu2
Both my SV Skylab and S1B kits showed up today. Had to go to work today so haven’t done much fondling yet....
Drifterdon
Now if we can get enough people to go to the Estes web site and request they re-release the 1/35 Mercury Atlas and the original Gemini Titan. Links provided to add your names to those interested. https://estesrockets.com/apollo-mercury-atlas/ https://estesrockets.com/apollo-gemini/
Drifterdon
So Santa brought me the Saturn 1B for Christmas and the boss let me buy the Saturn V Skylab just cause.  I'm a happy camper!

habu2
I built the original GTII kit when it first came out. If they do re-release it I hope they replace the balsa and paper cone Gemini with a nicely detailed injection molded Gemini.

habu2
I have the Accur8 wrap, with plans to "restore" my original.  I have thought about asking him to resize the wrap for a BT-60 tube and combine it with the Dragon Gemini kit to get a 1/72 GT model. I figure as soon as I finish it Horizon will finally release their GT kit. 🙂
