caughtinthemiddle
The Polish wholesale company Hobby 2000 enters the 1/48 scale kit market with two reboxings of Hasegawa's P-40N Warhawk. We saw a limited re-release of the original Hase kit (JT71) earlier this year, and those who missed it can now choose between the two H2K boxings. Each features Cartograf-printed decals with two marking options and a basic mask sheet. PFlint
I should probably not ask the stupid question ????? is it less expensive or more expensive than the kit in a Hasegawa box ????
caughtinthemiddle
The kit in the Hasegawa box is fairly difficult to get. There was a small batch released this year which seems to be already mostly sold iut, otherwise this version had not been available in the shops for years, some even speculated that the moulds had been damaged/destroyed. Niels
The 1/48 P-40N from Hasegawa? Ebay overflows with them, so it's difficult to understand that they should be hard to come by?

Ebay overflows with them, so it's difficult to understand that they should be hard to come by? 13 listings in total, most of them from Japanese sellers as the recent re-release hardly reached other markets; half of them with price tags above 50$ - not sure if this can be described as overflow. Niels
Point is that it is available. I said nothing about price etc
Space Tiger Hobbes
Twenty-nine Monogram B-25s starting at $13 shipped and going right on up is "overflowing." Eighty-five Monogram 1/48 P-51s starting at $4 is "overflowing." Otherwise, certainly anything you want - anything you want - is "available." At some price. Price, in reality, indeed, makes many things "difficult to get." I look forward to seeing where this re-pop is priced.
