ScaleWorx
Hi guys, I've been busy with making a 1/72 Upturned Exhaust System and wider chord composite main rotor blades for the 1/72 Italeri UH-60. Made quite some progress, and took a picture of it in comparison to the 1/48 scale set I made long ago. Cheers, John Edited February 5, 2021 by ScaleWorx
Loach Driver
Will these become available to the buying public at some point in the future? Look interesting. LD.
ScaleWorx
Thanks LD. The 1/48 set has been available for quite a while. The 1/72 set will also be made available in the near future. Cheers, John

HeavyArty
They look both great. Any chance on a 1/35 version that will fit the Kitty Hawk H-60 kits?
ScaleWorx
Would there be sufficient interest in a Mike model conversion for a kit that is now out of production?
HeavyArty
Fingers crossed that some other company will pick up the molds.
ScaleWorx
HeavyArty, let's hope so, because I don't have one in my stash... 🤞 Anyway, I managed to make a mold of the wider chord composite main rotor blade, and cast the first set successfully 🙂 Cheers, John
HeavyArty
Coming along nicely. Quote HeavyArty, let's hope so, because I don't have one in my stash... 🤞 You can still find them on eBay for about the same as they were going for earlier, around $125. https://www.ebay.ca/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313&_nkw=1/35 MH-60L&_sacat=0#item1f2f41b80e Edited November 19, 2021 by HeavyArty

I do have a 1/35 work in progress set based on the Academy kit, but that project is on hold due to many other projects on the go. Also have to acquire one of the Academy kits again, as I did not have space in my luggage for it when we moved to Georgia (the country). Here's a pic of 1/35, 1/48 and 1/72 together. HeavyArty
The 1/35 one looks nice. Hopefully someone buys the KH molds and re-releases them soon.
ST0RM
I've got a few 1/72 H-60s lying around that will benefit from the new exhausts. Looking forward to buying a set or two. Thanks
