RCarlson
And now for something completely different! I thought I would share this with everyone here. I'm sure a lot of you guys, like me, have a lot of cool t-shirts of airplanes or other favorite things. I have a lot of the Bad Dude squadron shirts that are beautiful looking pieces of art, so my mom made this for me a few years ago and I thought I would share it for helpful ideals to do with all these shirts I had sitting around. Now I just have to find some wall space to hand it!

Slartibartfast
My sister-in-law made me a quilt from some of my old shirts. It came out quite well. I don't have enough t-shirts to pull off what the OPs mother did, though. Edited March 6, 2021 by Slartibartfast
rutheree
My daughter made herself a similar blanket. She sewed all her favourite T-shirts to the blanket. I am amazed at my child's imagination. I wanted to throw away these T-shirts, as they are old, but she didn't want to part with them and figured out what to do with them. Now my daughter has two favourite blankets. One, the one she made out of a T-shirt, and the other I gave her for her birthday. The fact is that she likes heavy blankets, and so I gave her a heavy blanket that I found on the https://sommio.co.uk/. In addition to being warm, this blanket helps the production of serotonin.
