difference between Tamiya light blue spray and Tamiya French blue spray

Recommended Posts

From the top of my head, isn't the French blue from the TS series and Light blue from AS? This in turn would mean the F blue is a gloss colour (for cars) while AS Light Blue is a dull colour for aircraft.

Janman, thanks for the reply.  Never paid much attention to the shininess of the different paint series,  I just learned something today!

The glossiness or flatness of the finish is not of particular importance to me, as I flat-coat my models after applying the decals.  I am more interested in how close the color of these two correspond to each other.
