KursadA
Really want to do a postwar B-25 sheet. I will probably wrap this up quickly along with the HUP-2/3 and the Invader sheet that I am working on; so expect to see this one out quickly (I hope). I have a few subjects lined up: ANG, MATS, Air Training Command TB-25s; perhaps even the one with SAC sashes. What else do you want to see?
Niels
Nice! Canada had some nice looking B-25's post-war. Edited April 5, 2021 by Niels
Dutch
TB-25K radar trainers with the ANG F-89 & F-94 FIS units. My personal favorite would be 133rd FIS, NH ANG, but as I have no photo as yet, I would settle for the 101st FIS, MASS ANG.
KursadA
I noticed these but I am not sure if anyone does the radar nose. This one looks interesting - can anyone identify the badge? I know Tallmantz went out of business a long time ago, but we still need to check if the logo & trademarks are clear to do this one (on the right) - perhaps some of the well-connected among you can ask around? AD-4N
Oh man, that is a gorgeous post war bird. Anyone make those crazy intakes in resin (the ones on top of the cowling)?
Dutch
Oh yes! 1/72 also please!

KursadA
Apparently the Revell "Flying Bulls" reboxing of the B-25 kit has the parts for the Hayes carburetor intakes on a small sprue, but no aftermarket as far as I know.
Dutch
May I suggest the Italeri #129 B-25H/J kit, or perhaps the Hasegawa B-25J kit as a 1/72 template?
Spruemeister
You know me. Anything with a SAC sash on it. Rick L.

TomTheCat
The following pictures are from the book "Peace Was Their Profession - SAC: A Tribute", authored by Mike Hill, John M. Campbell & Donna Campbell, Schiffer Publishing, ISBN 0-88740-688-2 It's for a good cause, but if anybody feels these violate the copyright, please delete this post. I've simply photographed them from the book, but if you need better quality images (such as they are), message me and I'll see if I can scan them without breaking the book's spine. bluedot25
So is the B-25 on a stick in an authentic color scheme (that is, ADC Grey) or is it just for display purposes?

This is the only one I've ever seen in ADC Grey. All the other SAC B-25s I've seen pics of were either in natural metal or aluminum paint. It is possible that some ANG unit may have painted one up in ADC grey and used it as a hack. Edited April 11, 2021 by Drifterdon
Spruemeister
With a plane on a pole, who knows? It may not have even been intended to be ADC gray. Those in charge may have decided “Gray looks good. There’s some over there. Besides, the hardware store is out of Moonlight Silver.” Rick L.
KursadA
This is now on the release plan - perhaps at the same time as the A-26 Invader sheet sometime in the next 2-3 months.
