is it windy yet?
Hi, I need some help find some specific weapons loads and airframe configurations for Rafale M’s used in Operation Harmattan. Lots of generic photos on the web but nothing guaranteed as official as actually being from a combat flight. Thanks
Sysxii
In the air to ground role, the Rafale M usually was loaded with either 4 or 6 GBU-12s laser guided bombs, or AASM Hammer guided bombs. The configuration was 2 or 3 of each under each wing TER pylon. For air to air / self defense, two MICA IR missiles were carried, one on each wing tip. I think the C variant carried the Storm Shadow, but not sure if the M carried it.

Finn
You'll have to do a little bit of searching, and not each article has aircraft related topics but some good photos here: https://www.defense.gouv.fr/operations/missions-achevees/operation-harmattan-2011/actualites?page=1 select any of the articles and then Multimedia to see the pics. mrvark
Not a great shot, but here's one loaded with Scalp (sis Storm Shadow) on 25 March 2011.
