jonwinn Posted April 13, 2021 Share Posted April 13, 2021 I have an excellent 1/72 Hasegawa F-14A kit with what I need minus the early boat tail. I was going to do an early Wolfpack F-14A from the 1974-75 time frame. I have the right gun panel and chin pod but am lacking the early boat tail. The few images I have seen show it with the diaelectric panels removed. Would the Wolfpack resin boat tail made for the Academy kit be adaptable to the Hasegawa kit? jon Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Jay Chladek Posted April 19, 2021 Share Posted April 19, 2021 If the Wolfpack resin boat tail is made for the new Academy kit, it might work (and I shall have to look it up as I didn't know one was out). As with any modification, it will depend on a lot of factors, but most modelers probably have the skill to make the modifications if they are determined enough.
