dai phan
Hi all, I need some replacement parts for my 1/48 P-38. Can you tell me if the cost of the replacement parts is reasonable since I have to buy a whole tree for 1 or 2 parts. Thanks Dai
afterburner
I buggered up and left the door open to my office/model room last week. My dog- a half-baked Aussie-got in and chewed on my 1/48 Tamiya F-14A cockpit I foolishly left within reach on the work table. I reached out to Tamiya support and was able to get spruce tree’s H and K both for about $15 including shipping. They respond within hours via email and I should have those trees this week. I thought the cost was very reasonable, Dai.

Helmsman
Tamiya customer service is outstanding. Some time ago I inquired regarding 1/32 F-16 parts. They didn't have them all in stock so sent me whatever they had for free.
dai phan
I just emailed CS to buy some trees for my P38 that I goofed. Tamiya P38 is so accurate that I thought there was a slight mismatch in the parts. Took sanding stick out only to find out the actual plane has the "mismatch" parts. Will let you all know the cost. 11bee
I second Tamiya's US office. I lost a bit of the landing gear from my 32nd scale F4U-1D, they sent me the entire sprue free of charge. Good folks.

vonjhn68
I bought a Tamiya Fi-156 with a missing sprue. Tamiya USA was very helpful and replaced the missing item very quickly with no issues. Great customer service.
