spaceman
Holy cow, great job with the wheels!
K2Pete
Looks pretty good ... and how did it do in the contest? Did the kit supply all those lovely details or did you have to add bits here and there? I read the description near the base and see you replaced some copper, ... anything else? I would have LOVED to see a build thread on this! Must have been a fun (?) time! Pete

I would have LOVED to see a build thread on this! Must have been a fun (?) time! Pete It took a third behind the LEM and Ben Guenther’s “Ingenuity”. The kit gives copper wire for the axles, and antennas (coming out if the sides). I used telescoping and soldered brass tubing. I also added .006” solder for the wiring. I had a build thread on one of the Facebook space modeling and ARC pages. It’s pretty much OOB.
crackerjazz
That's some amazing work, swimmer25k. Congrats! Do you have a link to your build thread? I couldn't seem to find it.

I made some entries on the 3/4, 3/8, and 3/18 ARC Facebook page with some WIP pictures. 3/1, 3/4, 3/6 3/7, and 3/17 in “Space Modeling”
