SakisG
Hello. This is the Mig-23MLD from RV in 1/72 scale. It represents an aircraft that took part in the Russian-Aghanistan war as it was in January of 1989. It is a short-run kit which means it doesn't have any alignment points, no part numbers on the sprues, only on the instructions leaflet and it needs a lot of guessing and trying to fit the parts together before using any glue. But it has a very nice surface with a lot of detail. The kit doesn't include any armament. The bombs I used come from the SU-24 from Zvezda. Although it was an interceptor it was used for the air to ground role. I built the base with plaster, sand, small rocks, white glue and the tarmac is a piece of plastic card that I painted and weathered. I also used a resin cockpit and injection seat from the same company. Colors are MrHobby acrylics and weathering was done with AK products. Thanks for looking.

ST0RM
Lovely! Excellent build all around. The base sets it off, perfectly and makes the scene complete. -Jeff
Thadeus
Love the paintwork and the base. Awesome work on a less-than-stellar kit.
