YF65_CH53E
HOLY MOLY...................love it, if you ever replicate it in resin...and in 1/48th.....I'm in for the non-reoccuring engineering costs!!!
Dutch
Kursad, I know that you are working on reducing this sheet to 1/72 scale, but would you consider including these markings along with the USN/USMC markings on a 1/144 sheet? There is practically nil out there for the Revell HH-53C/CH-53G family of kits except a few German schemes. Kind regards, Dutch
Loach Driver
I second Dutch's request for a 1/144 scale sheet, even if it is a reduced sheet that caters for the HH-53 versions and discards the Pave Low options. The 1/144 kit is limited in marking options with the current kit release focused on the German versions. One version I discovered recently that is very appealing and may be an option in 1/144, with some scratch-building, is this black beauty, the Pave Low II/Black Knight test aircraft. It only needs four decals too if you want to add it to the 1/144 sheet! 🙏 LD. Edited October 14, 2022 by Loach Driver
Ben Brown
I’d definitely be up for a 1/144 sheet. The decals in the Vietnam camouflaged HH-53C kit are crap. Ben
