midnightprowler
That would be huge. A 1/24 is nearly 2 feet long.
HeavyArty
It is not new, it's been out a couple years. It is also a rebox of a 21st Century Toys toy. It is far from a scale model. The parts screw and snap together.
hueycrew
Thanks Gino. $120 bucks is a bit steep for my wallet.
Sarathi S.
Huh, I had that 21st Century Toys Huey when I was a kid, good times.
midnightprowler
They are easily made into nice models. Filling the screw holes is simple. This corsair is a 1/32 kit from them. Edited January 3, 2022 by midnightprowler
HeavyArty
The other issue is what it really is? Is it actually a B or a C model. They are quite different.
Winnie
Definitely looks to be a B. Short cord tail fin, Tail rotor on the left side. The rest is more difficult. I don't know if the B models had the thumper turret and carried rocket pods, or if they had a sand filter. But the experts will likely take that and run with it. Would be fun as a once in the career project, but it is pricy.
midnightprowler
The B model was retrofitted with the C filter. To be a C it needs the wide chord tail and main rotor, so if it doesn't have the option to go without the filter it's a retrofitted B.
