Compiling models built previous year 😉  For me, the 2021 was apparently filled with completed models. Some longer projects were finished, and one very short and focused build. Generaly, a lot of stuff happened in my life, and so these models.  I've begun by completing my 5 Hornet project from the Showdown Group build. And since it's a project, I'm posting the ones from 2020 too.  Italeri 1/72 F/A-18C with kit decals (actually done on the 13.12.2020)   Hobby Boss 1/72 F/A-18C with Hasegawa decals (actually done on the 19.12.2020)   Fujimi 1/72 F/A-18C with kit decals (actually done on the 19.12.2020)   1. Hasegawa F/A-18C with kit decals (7.1.2021)   2. Academy F/A-18C with kit decals (6.2.2021)   Really enjoyed the project despite it taking some sweet time to complete. I was almost fed up with Hornets for a short while. Here's the wip if You're interested. BTW, very neat idea for the Group Build 😉   3. Academy 1/72 F-4J with awfull kit decals. Kit was kind of neat. (done on 4.1.2021)   4. Zvezda MiG-21 PFM, kit decals (done 9.1.2021). I managed to build it in 10 hours. It just took like a year from start to finish.   5. Italeri 1/48 EA-18G with a few parts from other kits, kit decals (done 20.2.2021  )      6. Hobby Boss 1/72 F-14A, kit decals (done 30.3.2021). Built for the Tomcat Group Build.    7. Special Hobby Mirage F.1CR, kit decals (done 6.5.2021). Don't like the colours, repainted it twice. First time, the gray was too light, second time, there was almost no contrast between the colours, and the third time I came up with this. Kind of fell in love with this kit.    8. Mastercraft / Italeri 1/48 F-14A with Italeri decals (done 16.5.2021). Built for the Tomcat Group Build.     9. Italeri 1/48 F-16ADF, kit decals (done 17.5.2021). Built for the Showdown Group Build along with the next one (and one more, still not finished).   10. Hasegawa 1/48 F-16F, kit decals (done 26.62021).    11. Italeri 1/72 MiG-29 (I believe SM?). Model Maker decals (done 26.6.2021 - it was a busy day 😉 ). Had to paint the arabic numbers by hand. Very bad idea.   12. Trumpeter 1/72 MiG-29 C, Begemot decals (done 26.6.2021). Love the scheme, even if I'm not too happy about the colours.   13. Zvezda MiG-29SMT, kit decals (done 27.6.2021).   14. Hasegawa 1/72 F-14B with Dream Model decals (done 21.8.2021) Probably the fastest and the most focused build I ever done. Almost no other projects were touched in the meantime. At least not all of them. I was keen on building a modernised Syrian MiG-29. There aren't that many pictures of current Syrian jets. For people with actual painting skill the Arabic numbers might be easier than individual decals. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
