Panzer Schwarzgrau RAL 7021 and Schwarzgrau RLM 66 My Panzer 2 decal instructions say to use RAL 7021, but it looks the same as RLM 66. Are these colors the same or close? Foremost, it is dedicated to the WW2 Luftwaffe modeler. However, it is a fascinatingly comprehensive piece of information for anybody interested in the matter of paints, and I strongly recommend printing it out for future reference.
