Kinetic F/A-18C vertical tails: corrected vs. uncorrected?

I posted this question at the bottom of another Hornet thread, but apparently no-one saw it. Can somebody clarify the visual difference(s) between the initial vertical tail parts and the corrected ones?

I think the original one its top is more curvy. The corrected one has less curve to it.

The original tail was flat at the top and the rudder was attached. The corrected tails have the correct curve at the top and the rudders are separate parts.

Thanks Dave. I guess my boxing has the original parts. I did dry-fit the windscreen; it appeared to fit okay. Is it possible to have the original tails and corrected clear parts?
