fasteagle12
I just picked up an old Monogram kit that has the squared wingtips. It's not the greatest kit, but it's only for my pleasure, so it will do. I'll still need to scratch the horizontal stabilizers to get rid of the dogtooth and make an instrument nose probe, but the biggest thing I need is the markings for it. If anyone has sheet 72-087 and not using the markings for this plane (71-0280), please let me know (I don't need any of the stencils, just the markings unique to this plane). I'll be happy to purchase them from you. Thanks, Gary Edited June 10, 2022 by fasteagle12
Paul Boyer
Can't help you on the decals, but you won't have to "scratch" the stabs, just graft in some styrene sheet and sand smooth to fill in the "dog teeth." That's what I did on mine:

Dutch
Gary, May I suggest the Master B-58 pitot tube for the nose probe? That's what I am using. K/r, Dutch Edited June 11, 2022 by Dutch

Dutch
Gary, I started the project, but it is on hold. A couple of photos are in the Caracal CD72087 F-15 The Early Years thread. HTH, Dutch Edited June 11, 2022 by Dutch
