dai phan
Hi all, If the painted NMF is really smooth, do you always apply the clear coating? Dai
crackerjazz
Was wondering the same. Painted NMF has a nice sheen that's really different from clear coats' wet look. But I'm thinking that after applying decals you'll have to seal it eventually so it seems there's no escaping from clear coat application.
goondman
Future works great! Didnt change the sheen at all. I still havent mastered posting pics on here. If you'd like PM your email and ill send you pics of my F-86D
airmechaja
As stated, you must clear the decals so pick your poison.
ALF18
I brush Future on both before and after decal application, over top of kitchen foil AND Alclad finishes. It does a good job, and doesn't change the sheen. Here is kitchen foil: And Alclad: ALF
