Rob de Bie Posted July 7, 2022 Share Posted July 7, 2022 I had read before that someone possessed a small piece of Gee Bee R fabric that shows a blue instead of black pinstripe. I looked high and low for photos or other proof, but never found it. I did have some custom decals printed to see whether it would be visible in 1/72 scale - hardly 🙂 Today I came across the proof in this video:  https://youtu.be/JtDu4RNZXds?t=1910  The pinstripe is pretty dark blue, so it will be even less visible than with my experimental decals.
