HeavyArty
It looks like Takom has a coupe of 1/35 Apaches in the works. These should be awesome.... Edited September 16, 2022 by HeavyArty
Dave Roof
I "think" I know who designed these. If it's the same person, I was sent images of the CAD a few months ago. If it wasn't the same person, we may be getting 35th Apaches from two different companies!
Dave Williams
I’m absolutely, positively all in!!!

Rotorman
Apaches ? why? so many other helos need to be considered.

Well, because there's never been a decent kit of the Apache in 32nd or 35th scale. And had they announced a different Helo, someone else would be asking......why? Hooker169
Looks like it’s available on eBay already. It’s listed under “Snowman 1/35 AH-64D” I wasn’t aware of Tacom’s partnership originally so it was hard to find.
Dave Williams
I’ve seen Takom kits under the Snowman label. Not sure whether it’s a country specific thing or something else.
Tank
As much as I dislike the helo, the plastic looks good. 👍
Floyd S. Werner, Jr.
Well with all that detail you can display the Apache as it really is....in maintenance. LOL Floyd

Dave Williams
Got my D and E’s of the World kit from eBay today. They looks pretty impressive. The main kit differences (other than the decals) look to be: D kit: D rotor blades, original Black Hole exhausts, folded blade supports, and original PNVS turret E kit: E rotor blades, upturned exhausts, folded blade supports, newer Arrowhead PNVS turret E’s of the World kit : E rotor blades, both exhaust sprues, both PNVS turrets, and wingtip Stinger missiles. All of the kit cockpits are missing the helmet sensors on the front of the glare shield and rear bulkhead. Also, the D kit only has the original style PNVS turret (which is fine), but it also has the MFD screen in the gunners cockpit, instead of the original monocular sight. I thought the MFD screen went with the later Arrowhead PNVS, the turret for which isn’t in the D kit. Hopefully someone can clarify this as well as some other details of the kits.
