I have used them and they behave like old MM but IMHO with better results, since they use automotive-grade ingredients. I thin with Levelling Thinner and the resulting finish is smooth as butter. MCW Finishes They are expensive, thou. Have you used any of the MCW automotive colors? I was wondering if the metallic flake looks to be in scale for a 1/24-1/25 scale kit. Scott Smith
I’ve used the MCW gloss lacquer Thunderbird blue. I recognize to smell of it from my automotive paint and body days 35 years back. Have not tried the enamel line up yet, but might order some to give it a try one day. But the lacquer glossed out better than any other brands I have used.
